Wishing you a lovely day.

Hello friends, Giovana here today with a "Clean and Simple" card using Sunshine & Flowers Set. For this project I die-cut 3 little labels from White cardstock and stamped the flower in different spots. Colored the flowers with Spectrum Noir Markers: CR4, CR5, CR6 and GB6, then stamped the sentiment in Coffee Archival Ink, added the little labels to white panel with dimensionals, added a strip of Patterned Paper.
After the card as finished, I covered the petals with Stickles and the centers of flowers with Crystal Lacquers.

Hope you like it!
Have a great day.

New Nest

Hello, it's Bridget here with a New Home card to share with you today.
I love the recently released set Love Birds - the sentiments
can be combined and used on such a variety of occasions!
For this card I sponged a background using clouds cut with
Clouds and Raindrops dies and Stampin Up Cool Caribbean ink.
I then used the wood effect stamp from Grunge Borders to make some
"planks" of wood before cutting them into strips to create a little fence.
I ran the edges of each little strip across the stamp pad to give a
little extra definition.  Mini pewter brads were used for "nails.
I used a bit of chain from a broken necklace to make a
little hanging sign. The Love Birds Dies
make it so easy to cut and layer the branch, eggs and nest.
Green grass was created with the Fence and Grass Dies.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Celebrating You~

Good Morning! Mary here to share this fun and easy card I created using the fun Lots-a-Spots set! I created this very quickly by stamping these directly on designer paper. I created matching fishtail banners by hand and stamped the sentiment by curling it into an oval and finished it with an SU oval punch. I embellished the banners by wrapping them all with black bakers twine.

Materials Used:
Stamps: LotsaSpots
Inks: Versafine black, SU Baja Breeze
Paper: Authentique, SU
Accessories: Bakers twine, SU punch

Have a wonderful Day!

Blessed

Hello Everyone!

I played with the Love Birds set this week; it is one that is right up my alley, as I love all things nature.  The tree branch and matching die is so much fun to play with and a perfect compliment to the tree background in the Tender Thoughts set.

I started by inking up my background trees in Baked Brown Sugar and stamping them on white, then die cutting them out with their matching Birch Forest Die; lastly, backed the trees with a light blue cs.  I made a square window with my Square Spellbinders dies and popped it up on dimensionals.
The birds were colored with Prismacolor Pencils and die cut out with their matching Love Birds Die.  The tree branch was stamped twice and colored with Prismacolor pencils, then die cut out with the matching die from the Love Birds Die set.  One branch was used for the birds and the other was cut into pieces to embellish the corners of the window.
The sentiment was stamped on vellum an heat embossed with gold embossing powder; I just love this hot trend!
A seam binding bow finishes it off!

I hope I have inspired you!  More details on how to make this are on my blog.
Have a blessed week!

Lee Ann  :)

a little birdie told me..

Hello and happy Monday!  Here's a different shaped card for today.  I used the new Sweet 'n Sassy sets Thankful Blooms and Love Birds to create this File Folder Card.

And here's the inside..

There are quite a few tutorials and videos on creating this style of card but I followed this one.  If you don't have a punch board, you can also make a file folder card following the directions found here

I stamped the birds onto patterned paper and only cut one out for the front.  An additional wing was stamped and popped up for dimension.  The flower was also popped up over the ribbon.  Two of the sentiments were placed on a clear block in a wavy manner to give the card a whimsical feel.

I am really enjoying this month's Sweet 'n Sassy release...I hope you love it too!

Have a lovely day!
♥ Diane

Happy Resurrection Day!

Happy Easter everyone!  Today I am sharing a card with you that reminds me of the reason we celebrate Easter/Resurrection day.  I used the Celebrate Today set which is appropriate for today especially.

I colored on the stamp with markers before stamping my image and accented the flowers with stickles.  I spritzed marker in the background for a subtle splattering effect and used the Lacey Eyelet Border die at the top and wove ribbon through the openings in the die cut.  The sentiment "Each day is a gift" makes me think of the amazing gift of love that God offered each one of us as a follower of Christ- that is the gift of salvation through the death and resurrection of his son Jesus.  Salvation is the most precious gift that we can receive and are reminded of today as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.

Thank you for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Sunday's Coming

Happy Saturday!
It's Ceal here to share with you today, with Easter being tomorrow I just had to use this set Jesus Paid It All, I also used the coordinating die as well. To give it the 3D effect I cut out the Calvary die twice in two different colors of brown.
The background is sponged using distress inks and a scallop die was used to sponge the clouds.
Thanks for looking!
I pray you have a blessed Easter and remember it's not about the bunny :)

So happy for you!

Good morning!

Today, I'm happy to be sharing a fun card that I made using the new Love Birds stamp set and coordinating die set. I embossed the images with detail white embossing powder and colored with Copic markers, using a blender pen to clean up the coloring on the white embossed lines a bit.

We hope you'll join us tomorrow for a special feature blog hop!
Have a great day!

Wishing you

Hello friends! Giovana here today with a very clean and simple card for you. For this project I used Sunshine & Flower Clear Set, just released. I used the little flower from this set and stamped it all over the bottom edge, then cut around the edges and added a piece of Strawberry Blush cardstock to create a fun border. I die-cut a stitched label from Bookmark & More Dies set and stamped the sentiment in Coffee Archival Ink.
The flowers were colored with Spectrum Noir Markers, also added Crystal Lacquer and clear glitter to all the flower centers, added red ribbon and the card was done :)

Hope you like it!
Have a fantastic day!

Birthday Dots

Hello, it's Bridget here to share with you a birthday card
made using the newly released Lots of Spots!
I've come to love the color combo of teal and blush pink and I used a
Ranger Distress Ink Blending tool to sponge the card base
with Stampin Up's Pool Party and Blushing Bride ink.
The dots are stamped with white embossing ink in a random
pattern across the bottom right corner.
I then cut some circles from vellum and sponged a few
with the same ink colours, layering them in a random
way to create some dimension.  The sentiment is also
from Lots of Spots, I like how the various words can be
be mixed and matched.  I've become a fan of embossing
with white on vellum recently, I think Monika's
beautiful creations have influenced me!
I added some sequins to finish because they seemed to play
along with the circles/dots theme.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

May Flowers

Hi folks and welcome to Monday!!!  I'm sharing a quick and easy one layer card today, showcasing a darling new set, Sunshine and Flowers.  This sweet set features this large floral stamp along with a whole bunch of individual flower stamps (think endless laying possibilities!) and three sentiments...all for only $15!

My Copic Markers have been feeling lonely so I decided to simply stamp on a cardstock base and spend some time coloring.  Once my image was stamped and colored, I added a sentiment and a big 'ol bow (my ribbon is lonely too!  It's been too long since I've played with ribbon...)

A super clean and simple card to start the week!  I hope you enjoy and be sure to check out all of this month's new sets...just click here

Happy Crafting!

April 2014 Release Day!

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/new/

Hooray for release day!  It's finally here! :)  The DT has been anxiously preparing to share this fabulous release with you but before I reveal all the new goodies, I wanted to mention a couple important things...

{Please bear with us...this is a LONG post.}

~This month's release is a LARGE release because we will not be having a release next month.  Our plan is to do bi-monthly releases at least through the spring & summer months.

~Instead of following up our release day with a week of blog hops featuring each new product we will be spreading our features out through April & May in conjunction with our usual Friday Features with challenges so be sure to join us every Friday so you don't miss a thing!

 Now for that release....first up...

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/happy-happy-stamp-die-bundle/
You'll love playing with these adorable images and uplifting sentiments...here are just a few sweet 'n sassy samples from our talented team...

I LOVE Bridget's use of this set to create a bright and cheery scene.  She added even more interested with our fence die - the perfect touch!

Isn't this fun?  Jessica used all three images in the set to create this warm and sunny card.

I've got a thing for CAS cards anymore so here's another on featuring that cheery sunshine.  I added some beautiful shimmer with a Wink of Stella brush pen.  LOVE it!

This set is so much fun!  You can use as few or as many of the images as you want to create backgrounds and so much more.  Here are a few fabulous samples from our talented team...

How fun is this bubbly creation?  Bridget used only the solid images to create a fun birthday card.

Diane really got creative with the solid spots and made a flower!  How cool!  She used the leaves from another one of our new sets which we'll introduce shortly...

Check out our next stamp & die combo...

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/new/

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/love-birds-stamp-die-bundle/
This combination of stamps & dies can be used alone or with many of the sets we already have in our line (I'm thinking of all those other BIRDS, aren't you?)  You'll love these adorable creations by our team...

I went clean and simple with this fun card and added some clouds from the Happy Happy set.  You gotta love when the sets coordinate together! :)

Lee Ann created a beautiful baby congrats card with the nest, eggs and tree branch.  I love her added touch on the nest!  So clever!

Oh my goodness, is this card not the cutest thing ever?!  Bridget certainly outdid herself with this one.  From that totally adorable fence and clever sign she created (both using our Grunge Borders stamp set) to the precious flowers, grass using our die and sponged cloud background using our cloud dies...this card is just amazing and so full of personality!

Next up from Diane Zechman...

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/new/

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/sunshine-flowers-clear-stamp-set/
This set is so much fun to color, but it doesn't stop there.  Check out these wonderful creations by our team...

Bridget never ceases to amaze with her AMAZING coloring skills and her knack for CAS designs.  This card to screams HAPPY. :)  The sun from our new Happy Happy set is the perfect addition to this delightful card.

No time to color?  The large image in this set also looks great when you simply sponge a background.  I did add a bit more pizzazz to this card by creating my own stencil with our Borders & Blooms dies and then using some modeling paste to create some texture.  I then inked over it and stamped some more to create layers of "texture".  Some Stickles & bling finish it off.

Even embossed in white, this image is fabulous!  I love Jessica's use of vellum and the clever sunshine die cut behind the vellum & sentiment.  So cute!

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/thankful-blooms-stamp-die-bundle/
I was amazed to see how many different ways the team used this fantastic set of stamps & dies...check it out...

Diane created a cool faux tile panel for her card.  I love the softness of the monochromatic color.

Jessica's card is really cool with those layered flowers.  I'm not sure what she used to make them but I don't doubt she'll share with us on her blog soon!

Lee Ann created a fabulous 3D flower by cutting along the line and rolling is like a rosette.  How cool!!

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/mother-word-die/
This die is hopefully going to be the first in a new series of word dies.  They add such a great touch of personalization to your cards and projects.  Check out these beauties from our talented team...

Cathy has done it again with this beautiful tribute to Mother.  She paired the die with our new Thankful Blooms set and created a lovely card full of texture.

My mom loves blue, so I created this card for her.  I paired the Mother die with our new Thankful Blooms set, as well as, Delightfully Delicate Background & Borders & Backgrounds stamp & die sets.  There are so many ways to use this wonderful new die!

Jessica's card is awesome with all those dainty elements and her felt "mother".  The little house from Happy Home was the perfect touch!

Next up...

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/thankful-innies-clear-stamp-set/
Our innies sets are very popular and what collection could be complete without a thank you innie?

Another fun card by Jessica showcasing a wonderful sentiment and paired with the Mother die & Sunshine & Flowers stamp set.

Bridget's soft colors are the perfect palette for this lovely heartfelt card.  Stamping the sentiment on vellum is a clever way to keep the soft theme throughout the whole design.

This one is a signature Monika card with all those fabulous elements and textures rolled into one amazing card.  In addition to the sentiment, she used our Grunge Elements, Pick Me Up, Typewriter Text Background and Majestic Monarchs sets.  What a great compilation!

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/new/

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/youre-a-star-stamp-die-bundle/
What a fun set of stars & sentiments!  You can't go wrong with stars.  They works for so many occasions and the matching dies are the icing on the cake!

Diane did a great job showing how versatile these stamps & dies can be!  Those DP stars are a fabulous addition and create such interest for this fun encouragement card!

Jessica is at it again with her creative use of felt (LOVE IT!!).  I love everything about this card.  So fun and full of texture!

I went with a pretty CAS design so the stars could do all the talking.  There is something striking about white on white and I took it a step further with the white mat.

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/new/

http://www.sweetnsassystamps.com/happy-home-clear-stamp-set/
Diane's sweet little houses create the cutest scenes.  This set is useful for so many occasions even outside of the "new home" theme and those little trees are so adorable!

I cannot say enough about this precious scene Bridget created.  What a cheerful card to congratulate new home owners!

Jessica's signature doily is a dainty touch to this lovely creation.  She's so good at combining textures to create an eye-catching design and the colors are wonderful together!

How cute is this little circle card?  It's the perfect little homey scene and those paper pieced trees are such a fun touch!  What about that adorable little fence!  CUTE!!

Well, that's it for this time....although that was A LOT!

If you love it all (and I can't imagine you wouldn't after all that eye candy!) you'll definitely want to grab the RELEASE BUNDLE (valued at $174) a fantastic collection for just $148!!
